Fazenda do Salto is run by Fabio and his sons Andre and Juca. Fabio and his sons work at excellence, striving to produce high quality premium coffee. In addition, Fabio is always aware of the importance of sustainability, environmental and social issues. His naturally processed Arabica coffee is grown at an altitude of 1230 MASL delivering a well balanced coffee with cupping notes of Almond and smooth milk chocolate.
